OUR STORY

We don’t dim your light. We make space for it to expand.

"The old way of healing asked women to cope quietly. That era is over."

— The WGG Founding Vision

Why WGG Exists

Girl Gang was built for the woman who has done everything right — gone to therapy, read the books, done the journaling — and still felt like something was missing.

What was missing was community. Real, regulated, women-in-it-together community.

WGG is what happens when nervous system science meets the power of being truly witnessed by other women.

Licensed Therapist

I built Wellness Girl Gang because I kept seeing the same woman in my practice. Smart, self-aware, doing all the work — and still feeling like she was healing alone.

Group therapy changed that for me as a clinician, and it changes it for my clients. There's something that happens when regulated women are in a room together — the nervous system settles in a way it simply can't in isolation.

WGG is the space I wish had existed. It's clinical and it's cool. It's real therapy that also feels like your people.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The WGG Way.

Healing expands. It doesn't shrink.

We don't aim to make you smaller, quieter, or more manageable. We make space for you to take up more room.

You are not a diagnosis.

You don't need to be fixed. You need tools, language, and a gang that gets it.

Community is the medicine.

Co-regulation is real. When women heal together, something shifts that can't happen alone.

Cool and clinical can coexist.

Real therapy. Real science. Real style. We refuse to choose between credible and aspirational.

“She’s not waiting for a seat at the table, she’s building it.”
